 hing two selection exercises in the summer and aut
 umn to recruit salaried and fee-paid judges to the
  First-tier Tribunal Property Chamber.</p>\n \n <p
 ><u><strong>The seminar</strong></u></p>\n \n <p>T
 he <a href="https://www.judiciary.uk/about-the-jud
 iciary/training-support/judicial-office/">Judicial
  Office</a> is organising a  pre-application semin
 ar for <u>both</u> exercises that will take place 
 online via Microsoft Teams on <strong>Tuesday 23rd
  June 2026 (5pm-6.15pm)</strong>.</p>\n \n <p>The 
 seminar aims to help applicants be better prepared
  to make an application and to receive up-to-date 
 guidance and advice on the JAC’s selection process
 . As well as the JAC\, you will also hear from Pre
 sident of the Property Chamber Judge McGrath\, a s
 alaried judge and a fee-paid judge.</p>\n \n <p><u
 ><strong>Who should attend?</strong></u></p>\n \n 
 <p>Judicial office holders and legal practitioners
  from all backgrounds (including CILEX lawyers) wh
 o have five years’ post qualification experience a
 re welcome to attend. Candidates are required to h
 ave knowledge of landlord and tenant and housing l
