 >The seminar</strong></u><br />\n The <a href="htt

 organising a pre-application seminar that will tak
 e place online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 21 J
 uly (5-6pm).</p>\n \n <p>The seminar aims to help 
 applicants be better prepared to make an applicati
 on and to receive up-to-date guidance and advice o
 n the JAC’s selection process. As well as the JAC\
 , you will also hear from the President of the HES
 C Chamber on his plans for the Chamber and a servi
 ng leadership judge on what the role entails on a 
 day-to-day basis.<br />\n  <br />\n <u><strong>Who
  should attend?</strong></u><br />\n Judicial offi
 ce holders and practitioners from all backgrounds\
 , including solicitors and Chartered Legal Executi
 ves\, who have five years’ legal post qualificatio
 n experience\, are welcome to attend. </p>\n \n <p
 >Candidates are expected to have at least 30 sitti
 ng days (at the point of application) as a judge o
