 fice/">Judicial Office</a> is organising a pre-app
 lication seminar that will take place online via M
 icrosoft Teams on <strong>Thursday 17th September 
 2026 (5-6pm)</strong>. </p>\n \n <p>The seminar ai
 ms to help applicants be better prepared to make a
 n application and to receive up-to-date guidance a
 nd advice on the JAC’s selection process. As well 
 as the JAC\, you will also hear from the current J
 udge Advocate General\, Judge Alan Large. </p>\n \
 n <p><u><strong>Who should attend?</strong></u><br
  />\n Previous judicial experience (minimum 30 day
 s) is required for this role. Applications are par
 ticularly welcome from under-represented groups (w
 omen\, ethnic minority candidates\, disabled candi
 dates\, or those with a solicitor background). </p
