Judicial Diversity Committee’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Roundtables for Tribunal Judicial Office Holders - 29th Apr 2025
This invitation follows a successful pilot programme of D&I Round Tables in April 2024 and reflects the feedback from that pilot. D&I Round Tables are confidential, informal discussions between no more than 16 participants.
The sessions will be on Teams and will last about an hour. A note of what is discussed in general terms will be taken (no names will be recorded alongside any point raised in discussion). What you say will inform the next D&I Strategy in 2025/6 and the wider D&I policy.
Join us for a special series of events focusing on the development of the next Judicial Diversity and Inclusion Strategy. This event will provide a unique opportunity to:
- Hear about the progress made towards the goals of the original diversity and inclusion strategy.
- Engage in discussions about the new 2026-2030 strategy.
- Provide feedback on the previous strategy and suggest ideas for future improvements.
This event is available for courts and tribunals judges. Please only book onto one session and use your ejudiciary account.
After the Round Table, you will be sent a short questionnaire (very short – only two questions) asking for your feedback, on an anonymised basis.
