Appointment of a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales): Heath

The Lord Chancellor, The Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP, has appointed Stephen Heath to be a Salaried Employment Judge of the Employment Tribunals (England and Wales).

Stephen Heath will be assigned to the London South Region with effect from 3 April 2023.

Background Information

Stephen Heath will be known as Employment Judge Heath. He was Called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1992. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Employment Judge and a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, in 2020.
