Appointment of Resident Judge at Derby
Following an Expressions of Interest exercise, the Lord Chief Justice is pleased to announce the appointment of a Resident Judge.
HHJ Shaun Smith KC has been appointed as the Resident Judge at Derby Crown Court with effect from 7 December 2022.
The Lord Chief Justice wishes Judge Shaun Smith KC well in his new role.
