Appointment of Supervising Judge of the Business and Property Courts for the Northern and North Eastern Circuits
The Chancellor of the High Court is pleased to announce that, following the elevation of Mr Justice Snowden to the Court of Appeal, Mr Justice Fancourt will become the next Supervising Judge of the Business and Property Courts for the Northern and North Eastern Circuits and Vice-Chancellor of the County Palatine of Lancaster from 1 October 2021.
