Chancery Master Appointment: McQuail
The King has appointed Katherine McQuail to be a Master of the Chancery Division on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Royal Courts of Justice with effect from 11 January 2023.
Background Information:
Katherine McQuail will be known as Master McQuail. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1989. She was appointed as a Deputy Master of the Chancery Division in 2020.
