His Honour Judge Martin William Denton Beddoe retired as a Circuit Judge with effect from 24 September 2022.
Background information
His Honour Judge Beddoe (67) was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1979. He was appointed a Recorder in 2002 and a Circuit Judge in 2007. He was a Tutor Judge at the Judicial College from 2007 to 2020, appointed a Member of the Parole Board in 2010 and served as a Diversity and Community Relations Judge from 2016 to 2021.
