Circuit Bench Retirement: Davis

His Honour Judge Simon Davis retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 29 July 2023.

Background information

His Honour Judge Davis was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1978 and elected a Bencher in 2007. He was appointed a Recorder in 1998 and a Circuit Judge in 2004. He was a Judicial Member of the Parole Board from 2009 to 2015 and Director of Criminal Training at the Judicial College from 2013 to 2017.
