His Honour Judge Robert William Fraser MVO DL retires as a Circuit Judge with effect from 1 July 2023.
Background information
His Honour Judge Fraser MVO DL was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1984. He was appointed a Recorder in 2000, a Circuit Judge in 2007 and was a Senior Judge in the Sovereign Base Areas of Cyprus from 2014 to 2023. He was the Resident Judge at Guildford Crown Court from 2016 to 2023 and the Honorary Recorder for Guildford from 2017 to 2023.
