Circuit Judge Appointment: Cottage KC
The King has appointed Rosina Cottage KC to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Brandon Lewis CBE MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Inner London Crown Court with effect from 31 October 2022.
Rosina Cottage will be known as Her Honour Judge Cottage KC. She was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1988 and took silk in 2011. She was appointed as a Recorder in 2012.
