The Queen has appointed Sarah Jane Earley to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Brighton Family Court with effect from 27 September 2021.
Sarah Jane Earley, aged 46, will be known as Her Honour Judge Earley. She was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1998. She was appointed as a Recorder in 2018.
