Circuit Judge Appointment: Muzaffer
The King has appointed Adem Muzaffer to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Wales Circuit, based at Cardiff Civil Justice Centre with effect from 2 October 2023.
Background Information
Adem Muzaffer will be known as His Honour Judge Muzaffer. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2007. He was appointed as a District Judge in 2019.
