Circuit Judge Appointment: Robertson
The Queen has appointed Mary Robertson to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Central Family Court with effect from 05 September 2022.
Background Information
Mary Robertson will be known as Her Honour Judge Robertson. She was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2005. She was appointed as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber, as a Deputy District Judge and as a Recorder in 2019.
