Circuit Judge Appointment: Saxby KC
Her Late Majesty The Queen appointed Oliver Charles John Saxby KC to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the then Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Maidstone Crown Court with effect from 26 September 2022.
Background Information
Oliver Charles John Saxby KC will be known as His Honour Judge Saxby KC. He was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1992 and took silk in 2013. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2019.
