Circuit Judge Appointment: Spinks
The Queen has appointed Roderick Cameron Spinks to be a Circuit Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Chelmsford County Court with effect from 1 December 2021.
Background Information
Roderick Cameron Spinks, aged 46, will be known as His Honour Judge Spinks. He was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1997. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2015 and as a District Judge in 2018.
