District Judge Richard Andrew Stewart MacMillan retires from the District Bench with effect from 1 July 2023.
Background information
District Judge MacMillan was admitted as a Solicitor in 1979. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1993 and a District Judge in 2011.
