District Bench Retirement: White
District Judge David Russell White retires from the District Bench with effect from 4 April 2023.
Background information
District Judge White was admitted as a Solicitor in 1979. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in 1999 and a Deputy Costs Judge and a Deputy District Judge of the Principal Registry of the Family Division in 2006. He was appointed an Immigration Judge in 2006 and a District Judge in 2008. He was appointed a Regional Costs Judge in 2013 and a Nominated Judge of the Court of Protection in 2016.
