District Judge Appointment: Amanda-Jane Field
The King has appointed Amanda-Jane Field to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Western Circuit, based at Aldershot County Court, with effect from 4 December 2023.
Amanda-Jane Field will be known as District Judge Amanda-Jane Field. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1994. She was appointed as a Legally Qualified Chair of Police Misconduct Panels in 2019.
