District Judge Appointment: Arshad
The King has appointed Raffia Arshad to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Derby Combined Court Centre with effect from Monday 28 November 2022.
Background Information
Raffia Arshad will be known as District Judge Arshad. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2002. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2020.
