The King has appointed Nathan Banks to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Northern Circuit, based at Manchester Civil Justice Centre with effect from Wednesday 11 January 2023.
Nathan Banks will be known as District Judge Banks. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2003. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
