District Judge Appointment: Doman

The King has appointed Richard Doman to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. 

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Barnet County Court with effect from Tuesday 3 January 2023.

Background Information

Richard Doman will be known as District Judge Doman. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2003. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
