District Judge Appointment: Hadley
The King has appointed David Hadley to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midlands Circuit, based at Birmingham Civil & Family Justice Centre, with effect from 13 November 2023.
David Hadley will be known as District Judge Hadley. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2001. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
