District Judge Appointment: Hanslip
The King has appointed Kathryn Elizabeth Hayes to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Brandon Lewis CBE MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the North Eastern Circuit, based at Great Grimsby Combined Court Centre with effect from Monday 31 October 2022.
Background Information
Kathryn Elizabeth Hayes will be known as District Judge Hanslip. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2000. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge and as a Recorder in 2019.
