District Judge Appointment: Jennifer Hay
The King has appointed Jennifer Hay to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the previous Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The previous Lord Chief Justice deployed her to the Western Circuit, based at Southampton Combined Court – County with effect from 30 October 2023.
Jennifer Hay will be known as District Judge Jennifer Hay. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2008. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2020.
