District Judge Appointment: Justin Evans
The Queen has appointed Justin Probert Evans to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Wales Circuit, based at Newport (South Wales) County Court and Family Court with effect from 20 December 2021.
Background Information
Justin Probert Evans, aged 50, will be known as District Judge Justin Evans. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1995. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
