District Judge Appointment: Lloyd Jones
The Queen has appointed Dylan Lloyd Jones to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Wales Circuit, based at Caernarfon County Court with effect from 4 April 2022.
Background Information
Dylan Lloyd Jones, aged 44, will be known as District Judge Lloyd Jones. He was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2000 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003. He was appointed as a Fee-paid Member (Special Education Needs Tribunal Wales) in 2018 and as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
