District Judge Appointment: Lowe

The King has appointed Alison Lowe to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Brandon Lewis CBE MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. 

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Western Circuit, based at Bournemouth Combined Court with effect from Monday 31 October 2022.  

Background Information

Alison Lowe will be known as District Judge Lowe. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2000. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2020, as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge, assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber in 2020 and as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge, assigned to the Employment Tribunal for England and Wales in 2020.
