District Judge Appointment: Mansfield
The King has appointed Suzanne Rivers Mansfield to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the previous Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The previous Lord Chief Justice deployed her to the Midlands Circuit, based at Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Centre, with effect from 20 November 2023.
Suzanne Rivers Mansfield will be known as District Judge Mansfield. She was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 2010. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019, and as a Fee-Paid Tribunal Judge in 2020.
