District Judge Appointment: O’Hagan

The King has appointed Richard O’Hagan to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. 

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Midland Circuit, based at Wolverhampton Combined Court Centre with effect from Monday 28 November 2022.  

Background Information

Richard O’Hagan will be known as District Judge O’Hagan. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1998. He was appointed as a Fee-paid First-tier Tribunal Judge, assigned to the Social Entitlement Chamber in 2011 and as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
