District Judge Appointment: Pain
The King has appointed Kevin Pain to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Portsmouth Combined Court Centre with effect from Monday 5 December 2022.
Background Information
Kevin Pain will be known as District Judge Pain. He was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1995. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019.
