District Judge Appointment: Shackleton
The King has appointed Warren Shackleton to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Alex Chalk KC MP and the former Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The former Lord Chief Justice deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Romford County Court, with effect from 6 November 2023.
Warren Shackleton will be known as District Judge Shackleton. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2011. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2020 and a Road User Charging Adjudicator in 2023.
