District Judge Appointment: Slaney

The King has appointed Jason Slaney to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon. 

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at Cambridge County Court and Family Court with effect from Monday 9 January 2023.  

Background Information

Jason Slaney will be known as District Judge Slaney. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 1988. He was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2005.
