District Judge Appointment: Worth

The Queen has appointed Rebecca Louise Worth to be a District Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Dominic Raab MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

The Lord Chief Justice has deployed her to the Midland Circuit, based at Leicester County Court with effect from 4 January 2022.

Background Information

Rebecca Louise Worth, aged 50, will be known as District Judge Worth. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2002. She was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2019 and was assigned to sit as a Fee-paid Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (General Regulatory Chamber) in 2020.
