Philip Kramer is the Judge in charge of the Business and Property Courts in Newcastle. He also sits in Leeds and at the Rolls Building. He is authorised to sit as a Judge of the High Court in both the Chancery and Queen’s Bench Divisions, including the Circuit Commercial and Technology and Construction Courts and Administrative Court.
His Honour Judge Kramer is a graduate of the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and practised in Newcastle as a barrister and arbitrator. He was appointed a District Judge in 2013 and Specialist Civil Circuit Judge in 2017.
