His Honour Judge Sephton QC
Craig Sephton QC is a Circuit Judge based in the Manchester Civil Justice Centre. He is authorised to sit in the Queen’s Bench Division and the Administrative Court.
His Honour Judge Sephton was brought up in Derbyshire and was educated in local state schools before studying at Oxford. He was called to the Bar in 1981 and became a QC in 2001. He practised as a barrister at Deans Court Chambers in Manchester in general common law, specialising when in silk in clinical negligence, catastrophic personal injury work and professional discipline. Before he was appointed as a Circuit Judge, he was a Criminal and Civil Recorder and was authorised to sit on cases in the Queen’s Bench Division of the High Court.
