Judge Paul Wyndham Cruthers retired with effect from 20 March 2023.
Background information
Judge Cruthers was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992. He was appointed a part-time Immigration Adjudicator and a Legally Qualified Panel Member of Appeal Tribunals in 1999. He was appointed as a Salaried Immigration Adjudicator (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)) in 2002.
