Judge Olalekan Kuburat Omotosho retires with effect from 2 October 2022.
Judge Omotosho was called to the Bar (Gray’s Inn) in 1989 and admitted as a Solicitor in 2000. She was appointed a part-time Immigration Adjudicator in 2001, a Special Immigration Adjudicator in 2003 and a Deputy District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) in 2003. She was appointed an Immigration Judge (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) in 2005.
