Judge Eily Imogen Mary Harty retires with effect from 1 October 2023.
Background information
Judge Harty was called to the Bar (Middle Temple) in 1977. She was appointed a part-time Chairman of the Social Security Appeal Tribunal in 1996 and a Legally Qualified Panel Member of Appeal Tribunals in 1999. She was appointed a District Tribunal Judge (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber)) in 2011.
