Judge Alison Mary Lock retires with effect from 4 May 2023.
Background information
Judge Lock was admitted as a Solicitor in 1992. She was appointed a Legally Qualified Panel Member of Appeal Tribunals in 1999 and an Asylum Support Adjudicator in 2002. She was appointed a District Chairman of Appeal Tribunals (now known as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber)) in 2004 and assigned to the Property Chamber and Criminal Injuries Compensation Tribunal in 2018. She was a Diversity Role Model from 2014 to 2023.
