This is an appeal against the decision of the Family Court dated 1 March 2021. The intervenor seeks to appeal findings of fact following a fact finding hearing.
The Local Authority applied for an Interim Care Order in June 2020. Central to those proceedings are the injuries sustained by a non-subject child.
The intervenor seeks to appeal three findings of fact, namely, that injuries (1) and (2) were inflicted by the intervenor and that she deliberately attempted to establish a case to demonstrate that the parents inflicted those injuries, despite knowing she had done so herself.
