Resident Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum: Jonathon Holmes
Jonathon Maurice Holmes has been appointed as a Resident Judge of the First-tier Tribunal on the advice of The Senior President of Tribunals, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Lindblom.
The Senior President of Tribunals has assigned him to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber with effect from 1 September 2021.

Jonathon Maurice Holmes, aged 60, will be known as Resident Judge Jonathon Holmes. He was called to the Bar (Inner Temple) in 1985. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2002, and as a Deputy Judge of the Upper Tribunal in 2003. He was also appointed as a Judge of the First-tier Tribunal, assigned to the Immigration and Asylum Chamber in 2007.
