Senior Circuit Judge, Designated Civil Judge Appointment: Blohm KC
The King has appointed Leslie Adrian Blohm KC to be a Senior Circuit Judge, Designated Civil Judge on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Brandon Lewis CBE MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.
The Lord Chief Justice has deployed him to the Western Circuit, based at Avon, Somerset and Gloucestershire with effect from 10 October 2022.
Leslie Adrian Blohm KC will be known as His Honour Judge Blohm KC. He was called to the Bar (Lincoln’s Inn) in 1982 and took Silk in 2006. He was appointed as a Recorder in 2002 and as a Deputy High Court Judge, under section 9(4) of the Senior Courts Act 1981, in 2008.
