The Judicial College is pleased to announce an updated version of the Youth Defendants in the Crown Court bench book.
It was first published in March 2021. This version includes amendments to reflect the law as of 1 February 2022.
This work brings together in one place everything relating to young defendants that a Crown Court judge needs to know and it should be considered an essential judicial reference tool.
