Appointment of Resident Judge
Following an Expressions of Interest exercise, the Lord Chief Justice is pleased to announce the appointment of a Resident Judge. HHJ Julian Smith has been appointed as the Resident Judge at Maidstone Crown Court with effect from 26 May 2022. The Lord Chief Justice wishes the judge well in his new role.
